Privacy policy

This policy explains what information FunRandomWheels handles when you use the website, why, and what choices you have. The short version: we don't run accounts, we don't set cookies, the lists you type are not sent to us, and our contact form asks for no name or e-mail.

FunRandomWheels is an independent website. For any privacy question, use the contact form.
What we handle, and why

Local storage and the offline cache are not cookies and are never sent to us. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
The contact form does not ask for your name or e-mail, and we don't store your IP address. Please don't include personal details in your message. To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated activity without tracking cookies; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Embedded wheels and the streamer overlay
When our wheel is embedded on another website, it works the same way: your list stays in the link and your browser, and only anonymous spin totals are counted. The overlay's phone remote passes “spin” and similar commands between your phone and your streaming software through Cloudflare; nothing is stored.
Cookies
We don't set cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and don't track you across websites.
Sharing your results
When you share a result, the caption, link and image are created in your browser. If you choose a platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, Pinterest or LinkedIn, you go to that platform and its own privacy policy applies. A shared link to a custom list contains that list, so anyone with the link can see it.
Advertising
We don't show ads at the moment. If we add advertising, we will update this page before it goes live and ask for your consent where the law requires it, using a recognised consent tool.
Children
The site is suitable for general audiences, including classrooms. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, and there are no accounts in which such information could be stored.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. Because we don't keep personal data about you on our servers, most requests are fulfilled by clearing your browser's site data. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Cloudflare serves the site from data centres around the world and provides safeguards for international transfers, as described in its own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes. Significant changes, such as adding advertising, will be announced on this page before they take effect.
