By using FunRandomWheels you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

FunRandomWheels provides free spinning wheels, a questionnaire that suggests a wheel, a team generator, saved wheels, an embeddable wheel, a streamer overlay and tools to share results. There are no accounts and no paid features. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to overload, scrape at scale, break or interfere with the site, and don't present the site as your own or as officially connected to any organisation.

Your content and shared links

You are responsible for the entries you add and the links and posts you share. A shared link contains the list it was made from, so anyone who has it can see that list. Don't put private information in a list you share.

Embedded wheels and the streamer overlay

You may embed our wheels on your own website, slides or documents and use the overlay in live streams, free of charge. In return, please keep the “FunRandomWheels” link that comes with the embed code and the small watermark on the overlay, and don't present the wheel as your own product. We may change or stop these features at any time.

Results, giveaways and important decisions

Results are random and provided for fun and convenience. If you use a wheel to run a giveaway, raffle or contest, you are responsible for its rules, for any legal requirements that apply, and for how winners are chosen and announced. Don't rely on a wheel for decisions about health, money, safety, legal matters or anything else with serious consequences.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, text and images belong to FunRandomWheels. Team, league, competition and brand names that appear in wheels belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; FunRandomWheels is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Third-party platforms

Sharing buttons send you to platforms we don't control, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Their terms and policies apply when you use them.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that results will meet any particular need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FunRandomWheels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including decisions made using a wheel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
